Got questions? We’ve got answers. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, just email us at hello@henryandaster.com and we’ll get back to as soon as we have a free moment from adventuring—usually within one business day.  

IS THIS A REAL STORE?
This one is our favorite. Yes, this is a real store run by the real Henry, Aster and their Dad. This shop is a homegrown project where all the designs you see here are inspired by bursts of creativity, one liners, and laughs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?  
Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days, and you’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move. If it’s been longer than that and your package isn’t in your hands, let us know, and we’ll investigate. 

DO I GET A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?
Not unless your item arrived looking like it was rescued from a sea adventure. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for return shipping.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Yikes, that’s not what we want. Let us know by email as soon as possible at hello@henryandaster.com with your order number, a pic of the issue, and a quick description so we can track it down on our end. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending you a new one or getting you a refund.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If your item is still in its original, unopened glory, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@henryandaster.com, and we’ll get you sorted out. A quick heads-up: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping.
